Very positive experience. Not only was there a formal interview process but also, there was time set aside for you to present your business plan. Time was set aside for me to spend time with my potential peers and they answered any question I asked whether it be positive or regarding a concern I had.

Had a lengthy phone interview with the VP of Sales. Then and hour long interview with the sales director and the GM. The GM was probably the toughest, as he knew the least about sales and as a result went into a lot more detail.
