Had a lengthy phone interview with the VP of Sales. Then and hour long interview with the sales director and the GM. The GM was probably the toughest, as he knew the least about sales and as a result went into a lot more detail.

It was a while back now so I don't remember specific questions; it was the typical questions about work ethic and some specific sales scenarios. Also wanted to make sure I was a "good guy" as the VP didn't want to hire "a-holes"!
