Entrevista
The Interview Process was well-planned and brief. I applied online on their website. I heard back from them within a week. They scheduled a phone screening with the HR. The HR asked me a couple of basic questions. She told me at the end of the call that she will be recommending that we take this forward. She was very detailed when she explained what would be expected of me work-wise, my responsibilities and what salary they would be offering. She was upfront about everything.
The very same day they arranged a face-to-face interview with the Content Team Lead and Content Lead for the Americas. One round of interview, a lot of behavioral questions, and they said that there will be another round. The interview was on Friday. It was more of a conversation and information exchange than an out and out interview. It was semi-formal at best, but they were very careful to ensure that I understood what I was signing up for.
On Monday, I got an offer from them which was contingent on Background Check. They told me that they typically have two rounds of interview, but they did not have it for me. They also upped my offer from the offer they made during the HR screening without me having to ask. The background check took 2 weeks and they gave me an offer with a start date.

Take us through your resume. Why do you want to leave your current job?
What would you do if you have a colleague who is not as positive as you? What would you like your boss to do or not do? What do you expect from your colleagues?

I was contacted by the recruiter and asked to submit links to my portfolio. I was told it could take up to 3 days to hear back from her and that I shouldn't hesitate to contact her with any questions.
I never heard back from her even though I sent several emails for feedback. This seems to be a trend this days unfortunately. It makes the company looks very bad though

The first step was a task - answering three questions about how i see the platform and what improvements could be made to it to make the user experience better.
The next step was a screening call from a recruiter, which lasted around 30 minutes and included general questions about myself and how I deal with different situations, but mostly around collaboration with colleagues and teamwork.
The last step was a face to face interview at the local office I was going to be based at with my direct manager joining via video call as she was based in a different country.

Best question I got asked was at the end of the interview - how did you think you did? Do you think you ruined some answers?

Slow and awful recruitment process they called me for the first interview after one month. The offices in Milan are surrounded by homeless, there is a glass wall in the waiting room and the homeless where literally washing themselves right in front of me, they had mattresses, cooking pans like they were actually living there. Put curtains if you can't get rid of them! this was such an unprofessional first impression. I met 3-4 people who didn't even bother introducing themselves and lead me to participate to an editing test which took me 1hour. I haven't hear back from them ever since and it has now been over a month. I have sent them an email and nobody ever bothered to reply.
I will never send my CV to this company again and will not recommend it to any professional.
