It was a long process, took 6+ months.
1. Initial Screening Call
2. HM Interview
3. Stakeholder Interview
4. System Design
5. Coding
6. Cultural Fit
The initial Screening Call was a typical HR call and HM round was mostly about the experience and handling of certain cases and management style.
The stakeholder interview was business-oriented, with many questions asked related to KPI, success metrics, Agile, Ways of Working, etc.
System Designs interviews are usually the ones I have fun but this time the interviewers were a bit dull, asking the same question, again and again, dealing with absolute and looking for a certain type of answer. That was a red flag for me about the company, I mean putting these kinds of people as interviewers as the face of the company is always a question mark. Anyways, Although It was not one of my best interviews since I did not have fun and enjoy, the recruiter said I had passed it.
The Coding Interview was amazing and I super enjoyed it. The question was challenging and I liked coding it. It was a graph question with some kinda priority.
The final round was a kinda how to react and handle certain cases, question to expose my personality, etc.
After passing all these rounds It took 2+ months to get an offer since initially they said although I passed all the rounds and all the feedbacks were amazing they would not move forward. That was the second red flag for me.
Eventually, The offer was below my expectations, they offered what they promised 6 months ago however the inflation spiked at this time and they did not put in more therefore I declined it.
Usually companies like this level sent a survey after the final round or decision to improve their process surprisingly I did not get any!
P.S. I cannot expose the exact interview questions but nothing magical.
