The process took around 1 month due to holidays. HR was very helpful in prepping you for the interview, they were very responsive and will guide you through possible questions that they will ask in each round. After every round HR will call or email you for a follow up to see how your interview went to get some feedback.
Round 1. HR 30 mins
Round 2. Your manager 1 HR video conference
Round 3. Case study and presentation to the team 1 HR video conference
Round 4. Face to face in Amsterdam with HR, your future manager and head of the department

They were very helpful throughout the process and sent me a guideline email with clear instructions and important details. This made everything easier to understand and helped me know exactly what steps to take next.
Great, They asked some simple question about my experience and after each part some follow up question. That is important you have some example and use STAR method to answer. I am waiting for result.

The application procedure is straightforward. You submit your documents first, then go through an initial screening. After that, you complete the first two interviews, followed by an assessment and an assessment interview. Once all stages are finished, you receive a final decision or offer.
