– I was approached by a recruiter through LinkedIn. We had a first call to discuss about base things and he gave my a design –exercise. – 1 week later I had a call with a couple designers to discuss my design exercise. – 1 week later was invited to come to Amsterdam for a in person interview. – 1 day interview with different people. The first part was more general, discussing about my design exercise. The more complicated part was the design challenge where they've just told me something like "We have an restaurant and heard that apps are helping this kinda business earning more money, how can you help us?"

Remote interview via phone in 3 steps, the first was with the HR via phone, the second with the technical team and the third was in Amsterdam, but unfortunately I was stopped at the second step of the interview. I was in Milan and they would have also helped me moving to the Netherlands.
