O processo levou em torno de 1 mes e foi bem tranquilo, A recrutadora em todo tempo deixou um ambiente confortavel. A entrevista foi toda em Ingles, e gostei muito como foi conduzido a entrevista

Entrevista
An application from an internal applicant (current employee) is handled as if the application was spam.
All you will receive in response to your application is a generic no-reply email response worded as if you are not or never have been employed by the company.
So one would naturally think that this is an error and that there is a way that Booking.com would normally deal with internal applications, right? That is until you see external candidates arrive at your office to interview for the position you were waiting to receive feedback on.
Feedback has been requested the same day the auto-response was received. 3 weeks have now past and no one has responded to emails and message sent to the responsible parties.
