I applied in response to an email sent from my major advisor (Electrical Engineering). After about a week, I received a phone call to schedule an on campus interview. They notified me of the results 2 days later

Met representatives at career fair. Submitted application that evening and interviewed the next morning. Received a letter of intent same day. Attended a matching event the next month to meet hiring managers and be paired with a specific role.

3 person panel interview at my university. Behavioral Interview with 5 or 6 questions. They really emphasize the STAR ( situation, task, action, result) format for answering. They mainly just want to see if how you respond in different situations and if you are a good fit for the company. Overall nice recruiters and a fairly easy process.
