3 person panel interview at my university. Behavioral Interview with 5 or 6 questions. They really emphasize the STAR ( situation, task, action, result) format for answering. They mainly just want to see if how you respond in different situations and if you are a good fit for the company. Overall nice recruiters and a fairly easy process.
