Just like others have noted the interview process was incredibly lengthy and the recruiter did not provide a clear outline of the process when asked. That was the first red flag. There were definitely others along the way and ending with the recruiter telling me I did not get the role while ending the call with “have a great day”. Considering that I had already spent 6 weeks interviewing and did a presentation this was incredibly tasteless and disrespectful. Recruiter also did not provide feedback even after offering to follow up and salary offered was below industry standard.

Recruiter followed up after receiving my internal application. She reached out timely (within a few days) to schedule virtual phone screen. Scheduling was easy. On the day of the interview, the recruiter called a few minutes late and went through behavioral interview questions.

Un premier entretien téléphonique avec le responsable des ressources humaines, très agréable.
Puis, j'ai eu un second entretien plus approfondi avec le futur manager. Le feeling n'étant pas au rendez-vous, la suite n'a jamais eu lieu.
