I applied on a Tuesday in September 2015 and got a call that Thursday to come in the next day at 1:39 for my interview. So it took them two days to get right back to me. When I came the managers were nice and welcoming. They told me to hold on because they were waiting for another girl who was going to interview with me. The girl didn't show up in 10 minutes so I did the interview alone. First thing she told me was that she called two of the three references that I added, and they both decribed me as a bubbly, confident person. I agreed. She asked if I were 18 because they would only hire 18 years olds. Then she asked if I had any work experience. Once I told he I worked at Hollister before when I was 17 for about 6 months she wanted to know more about how our stocking system was. Turns out it was very similar to theirs, making me more qualified because I have experience. She also asked me other questions about my experience there. And that was IT!! She didn't drown me with moral questions, or "why should I hire you" questions. Most Bath&Body's don't... The next day (Saturday) she told me I got the job and I would start on Monday at 12:00 p.m.

The interviewer was a very friendly person who made it easy to have a conversation with. The interview took place in her office in the back of the store. She scheduled my interview at a time when the store was dead in order to give me as much time as possible. Quick tip: if they ask you if you have any more questions, SAY YES, and ask them questions about the job and things you're curious about related to the job!
