First had a two conversations through telephone with the recruiter, after that I was invited to a technical interview with the IT Manager. Experienced it as a serious, straightforward and open interview, where there was alot of room for me to show who I was/ what I do, my experiences etc. I was also given a really good and clear picture of what Backbase is all about. Positive. Interview duration was about 2 hours.

The interview process went fast and frindly.
The interviewers were always happy to get to meet with me.
The recruiter explained everything about the organization.
And the organization has an overall great place to work.

Went through a total of 3 rounds, including initial HR interview, next with the CTO and lastly with the Team Lead and Senior.
There were light technical questions and it was a joyful experience getting to know the team as this plays a huge factor in determining whether each party is suited to work together.
Communications between the HR and the Team were fluid
