Entrevista
The interview for the role of UX designer was very pleasant. After speaking with a recruiter, I had the opportunity to interview with the design manager and some of the UX team where I shared 2 of my case studies. I had a take home assignment which I presented to the team at a later date. Once that was finished, I had a social interview with external team members and got to ask them questions about working at Backbase.
Overall the interview process was straight forward and quick. Everyone was very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had.

Q: What makes you passionate about UX?
Q: What are turn offs from a company
I got rejected because I didn't have B2B2C experience, in the first recruiter interview. The recruiter seemed very friendly, but they were looking for something very specific. I didn't get to the second round to write about it, unfortunately.
The interview process at Backbase for this specific role was smooth and interesting, not short but clear, the expectations were quite clear and overall it was aligned with the role.

I was recommended for the role. The recruiter got back to me in a few days. I had the screening interview, after which they decided to not move forward with my profile.

The questions were connected to the job requirements. The main aspect they were looking for was someone with strong stakeholder management skills, but it might depend on each role.
