I solved an algorithm during the technical interview, It was not difficult but I had to do my best to solve it, after finishing the interview the recruiter asked me about the solution and some other possible solutions.

It consisted of two stages
The first stage was a 15-minute interview with the manager. Information about the company was provided. Then, questions were asked about the skills and requirements of the job position.
The second stage was a technical interview with two of the company's engineers and various questions were asked about the desired skills.

Entrevista
The recruitment process was clear from the beginning to the end of it. It was contained into 3 parts (Codility test, technical interview and Cultural interview. Feedback after each part was really fast. (only a few days). The process of recruitment was flowing in a really nice atmosphere. Questions were adequate with my position. I really recommended the process of recreation from Backbase
