Loved the process. Maja was so responsive and helpful. It only took 3 weeks and was seamless. Started at the beginning of the month and loving it so far. I was tested with my abilities and learned a lot about what I don't know. I got a great view of the company and spoke to a lot of team members in my interviewers you give you unique perspectives of the organisation.

Got connected with Backase through a recruitment agency. Followed up with three rounds of interviews, where the final one was presenting a case. Altogether amazing talks where most of them felt more like a genuine conversation than an interview.
