Hr interview. And then the automated reject mail . One question for the HR and whole team - if you are rejecting some candidate based on some tech skill, atleast ask them whether they know it or not instead of assuming stuff. Irony is that i was rejected based on some tech skill and i worked on that tech even before this company would have heard of that

The technical interview was conducted professionally; however, the feedback I received did not fully reflect what actually took place during the interview. Some topics that were clearly and accurately explained were mentioned in the feedback as being “not appropriate,” which does not align with the discussion we had.

They have a standard process, HR , Take home assignment, Team discussion, Culture fit and offer. Based on the take of the team on assignment they set up an interview to discuss the outcome and questions on technical ground of the assignment and also logical questions.
