I first had a remote call with the recruiter that asked me about my background, thenI did an online self assessment test and had a remote interview with the hiring manager. Finally I flew over for one day with (a lot) more interviews with all different kind of people I would be working in for the role, a mix of informal coffees and more formal interviews. It gave me a very full and open/honest picture of the job with all the pros and cons attached to it.
