Had an initial phone call with a recruiter who wanted to video call, but I denied and we had a phone call. Asked me basic questions, then went on describe the Final Steps. Apparently we will be made to "Feel Bad". I never got to this feel bad stage. The company itself I found very immature with a weird interview process. I got 100 % on the online Codility Test. The test focused on some basic level Angular 2 tasks. Make a component that takes a click and shows Liked, then click again, and show un-Liked. Then I was called into a very small office suite located in downtown Toronto. Getting there was a pain, and the interviewer off the bat told me its going to be quick. OK! Thanks for wasting my TIME!

The interview process was very straightforward. The recruiter was always keeping me posted of the next step. Also she was always there to solve any doubt that I had. The interview that I had with every team member was very clear from the beginning, that gave me the confidence to have a nice conversation with everyone that interviewed me

Entrevista
A call/screening from a BB recruiter, followed by a modest web app assignment to be done in a day or two, followed by onsite invite and a series of Q&A by your prospective manager and some other team member. The turnaround is quite fast, or, as fast as you need to be. There is little room for negotiation to up the original offer if needed.

The assignment is preferred to be done in Angular - the company's main development framework (thank God for that). I fell in love with the assignment the minute I read it. If you have the experience, BB would look for your decent coding and OOD&P style.
