There was an online video interview along with two phone interviews. The online video submission was simple--there is a practice tool to make sure everything runs smoothly. The phone interviews were great! Be sure to bring good questions for the hiring manager in the last interview! At the very end, he threw a curveball random question that took me by surprise but it's just a question to see what your thinking process is.

I had a video interview with the project manager of the BIM modelling and drafting team as I was applying for a Revit drafter position. I was asked a couple of technical questions like if I knew the true dimensions of a 2'x8' and so on. I was also quizzed on the extent of my knowledge of wood structures, shear calculations and Revit. They told me none of the yes/ no were deal breakers as it was an intern position. The process was very fast and from the first contact the second interview took me just about a week. I am waiting on their decision but it might not be in my favor as I lacked the technical knowledge they were looking for.
