There was an online video interview along with two phone interviews. The online video submission was simple--there is a practice tool to make sure everything runs smoothly. The phone interviews were great! Be sure to bring good questions for the hiring manager in the last interview! At the very end, he threw a curveball random question that took me by surprise but it's just a question to see what your thinking process is.
