Initial phone screening call with a recruiter, who was late to the call and also spoke in a heavy Spanish accent, which over the bad phone connection was tricky to understand at times. Next stage, zoom interview. Interview was pleasant, however when I asked for usual salary range for this position they reacted negatively and said they haven't decided yet. I could tell they did not like that I asked this question. It's been a month and haven't heard back anything, which I take as a rejection. I felt this was indicative of what working at their London office would be like, which is probably chaotic and unstructured.
