They interviewed me on campus first.However, the position is closed for some reasons. Then 2 months later, I got a call from them saying one position is available now. Then we set up a time and had 2 phone interviews since then. Since we have talked before(an interview mostly covers resume), the questions are all about behavior. One from a manager, the other from a director
