I was introduced through a specializad recruiting agency Michael Page, so they mediated in a way... was called for interviews with the HR manager initially and then with the direct supervisors in person in Zurich and by VC conference with the country manager in Uruguay. I was part of the team based in Montevideo... very agreeable interviews.. I had a chance to talk about the business plan that I had submitted to Michael Page...
