DEI at its finest. This company interviewed me but already had a candidate internally for the role and just chose to post the job for the sake of posting the job. The process was typical for a big company but not hard to tell who the individual the gets the role as typically folks update their LinkedIn profiles shortly after. Very disappointed that my time was wasted but otherwise the process was courteous and professional. Didn’t get the impression that they valued the business
