not typical interview, sitting in an office at a desk, walked around getting a tour as we talked, got handed off to 2 other managers who did the same. Very laid back, no difficult questions, pretty sure was figuring out my personality to see if I fit with the team

Basic engineering, focus on team work. They may ask about what projects you have worked on previously. Asked about relevant class work I had taken. Nothing special about this interview.

Applied online, then had an in-person interview about 1 month later. Standard in person interview with 4 managers, was then taken on a tour of the facility, very interesting manufacturing site.

A few different general questions over 2 or 3 interviews. Fairly simple and straightforward, a few technical questions that are fairly easy for most people. Overall a good experience and not too difficult to complete
