Entrevista
I applied through my University for the position. I was given an on campus interview which was with two people in the program, one a first year and one a third year. The interview was approximately 30 minutes long and the interviewers had a prescribed list of questions that they ask everyone they interview for the position. Once they interview everyone they are interested in the program, they meet with all of the people currently in the program and determine who they want to go on to the next round of interviews.

Process X takes 15 minutes to complete. Process X can produce 6 pieces in the 15 minute time period but can only produce one at a time. How would you change the process?

Entrevista
I had multiple rounds and each one had more than 1 person in the interview. Everyone was very friendly during the whole process. I had the interview on campus first, then I had to travel to Nashua for 2 days for a panel and then an observed group interview.

Entrevista
The first round of interviews was a phone interview with two of the employees in the program. It was very structured. They minimized any conversation and stuck to the 9 or 10 questions they had prepared.
