They were friendly and relatively open to discussion of my experience. They asked a lot of questions about my past experience, and on my experience in managing technical people. They seemed to be very interested in how I would relate to their software staff, and how I would do with "soft skills". I was told that I was the only external candidate.people

The people were very nice. They mainly talked about their experiences at the company.
