was interviewed by a panel of around 7 people which made it difficult to collaborate on technical questions. they were very unorganized. Interview questions were what you'd expect. Had to follow up with the recruiter for a response only to be told they were looking for someone with managerial experience. Even clarified that I had interviewed for an entry level role. I think they are just very unorganized

Fun and casual interview process with pretty easy questions but I came unprepared (hotel with terrible PCs and printers, and I had been traveling prior so no time) and with only 3 hours of sleep due to travel complications. They set me up in a hotel and accommodations were fine. This review will mostly be about the recruiting process as a whole as it was awful.
For some reason, I had two recruiters of which one kept directing me to the other but still kept me updated throughout. I barely got more than 5 words out of my "main" recruiter. I had sent a thoughtful e-mail and asked about appropriate professional attire and the type of questions since I was not prepped, which he replied, and I quote:
Professional attire is recommended. Interview will be based on:
1. Experience
2. Education
3. Knowledge
4. Skills
Way to answer my question vaguely. Also, this was the last e-mail I ever received from him even though he was supposed to reply with my interview status. Obviously, I must have been rejected by now, but overall extremely unprofessional and terrible taste in hiring and process management by BAE systems.

Entrevista
There was a 30 minute phone screening which was followed up by a 2.5 hour interview the next week. I met 5 different people, and they asked me basic questions about coding and some behavioral questions.

First interview was a phone call which lasted about thirty minutes. The second was on site that lasted about an hour and a half. Both interviews had a mix of technical and behavioral questions.
