Foram 3 etapas: apresentação pessoal, dinâmica em gripo e por fim entrevista com os gestores. A dinâmica era a resolução de um case, cada grupo recebeu um tema diferente. Se você passasse nessa fase iria para a entrevista com os gestores. O ambiente foi descontraído e a todo momento deixaram os candidatos a vontade.

Application on Workday then initial HR screening followed by interview with panel. Thereafter an assessment in person at their office. Post this is the credit and criminal checks assessments. Thereafter an offer is made - lots of documents to sign and complete to accept your offer.
