Personality pymetrics testing online, then telephone interview, then online hosted interview with presentation (to be prepared and emailed before) and panel of 4 with questions which lasted about a two hours. The panel were friendly but the questions were highly detailed and really difficult on the spot, I could feel myself losing confidence as the interview progressed.
