Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó más de 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en AstraZeneca (Wilmington, DE)
Entrevista
Was recommended as a potential candidate for this position after doing another interview and not landing the job for a different position. Took extremely long to get the ball rolling for this process. First I spoke with the hiring manager as I was recommended for the role, after that I applied for the job and HR set up an in person panel interview. The interview started off ok and I’m familiar with the STAR method but this was very different than my previous interview here. Although it was an interview for an IT role they started to ask situational based questions around medicine/medical space and I don’t have any background with that as they already know based off my resume and previous convo with the hiring manager. They then started asking more situational questions around being in a situation where something was done which was against my values. This really threw me off but I did my best to answer. Before I knew it time was basically out for the interview. They left me a min or two to ask questions which really wasn’t enough time and I didn’t get to ask anything I wanted too. After the interview I was sure I wasn’t going to get the job but regardless expected some type of a response in regards to whether or not I got the job. I followed up with HR and never got a response. It’s been around 2 months now and I’ve never heard back and of course I’ve moved on with my search at this point.
