Traveled out of state for an interview after being recruited via linked in. Had an all day interview meeting with about 10 individuals. Thought interviews went well, was told to follow up with Hr if I had questions following the interview. So later that day I sent a thank you. Followed up a week later asking for status of job. No response, sent another follow up about 2 weeks later. Again no response. Very unprofessional. I took time out of my schedule to drive 4 hours to facility, spend night in a hotel for interview tookan entire day off work for interview, the least they could have done is responded stating they went in a different direction.
