Phone interview first with some general questions; then meeting with hiring manager. The hiring manager was the expert in this area. The interview process was friendly but very difficult. You need to be prepared. The on-board process was very smooth. Overall, I will give the interview process A.

"The technical interview is a little more intimidating. They said they will be sending me an excel sheet and working through an exercise during the interview

First straightforward and friendly interview with HR booked through Olivia AI assistant. HR said the next step would have been an 'easy' interview via Hirevue. I found the Hirevue interview very awkward. Many questions could have been answered in different ways but the inability to have a dialogue while talking to a camera made the experience stressful and unpleasant. The questions were not so difficult but we are not all YouTubers used to talk to a camera!
