Main questions based on situational experience i.e. 'STAR' type questions. Followed by technical questions based on role requirements.
HR went through CV and asked for further details. Finished with general HR type questions such as what are your strengths, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc. What sort of numeration would i be looking for?

Long interview process- over 6 hours including 1 to 1s with multiple staff, lunch with the team, lab tour, a dilution test and a 45 minute presentation. It was a very long day

Interview Experience - Disappointing Attitude Toward Diversity
I recently interviewed with AstraZeneca and spoke with a well-known figure in the field. When I asked about the diversity of the team, I was met with laughter and a dismissive attitude. When I said diversity was important to me, the response felt like it was not taken seriously.
Asking about diversity is a legitimate and important question for candidates who care about inclusive and supportive workplaces. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued and questioning the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
I hope AstraZeneca and its leaders take this feedback seriously and work to foster a culture where diversity is respected and embraced at all levels.
Interview process was smooth, Interviewers were kind and available to answer questions.
onboarding was terrible. Didn't provide proper guidance and documents for testing, leading to confusion. Site is not as big as the name is, some serious cultural fit problems with recent employees.
