A rather long process, with two rounds of screening (HR and hiring manager), three technical interviews (Cheminformatics, Software Engineering and DevOps) and a final "values-based" interview. In total around 8 weeks. Technical interviews were rather conversational, with sometimes a bit of code or other content to comment on, but never in a leetcode style.
