      Entrevista

      The interview process consisted of 3 to 4 stages, including a case study. The initial conversation with the recruiter was straightforward, leading directly to the case study assignment. The case study, while relatively simple, was allocated a 3-day deadline, though it was manageable within a day. After submission, there was a follow-up discussion with the hiring manager centered on the case study. However, the nature of the questions raised during this discussion appeared more focused on extracting insights to refine their own processes rather than genuinely assessing my suitability as a team member. Some of the inquiries seemed tangential, and it felt as though the case study and sourcing work served more to benefit their internal operations than to evaluate my capabilities. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this company, even for an interview. If they’re resorting to extracting information during the recruitment process, it raises concerns about how they might approach roles in e.g engineering or sales.

Throughout the entire recruitment, we're also trying to understand how comfortable our candidates would be in this environment. This is why sometimes we ask our candidates to apply their scrupulously gathered knowledge and skills & come up with creative solutions and suggestions. This is at the end, our daily life here. We truly value your feedback, so we’ll be taking a closer look at how we structure these discussions to seek improvements.
