After sending my application, firstly I got a phone interview with HR, talking about past experience, motivation to apply and some general behavioral questions. Then I received a BI test to complete within two hours. Afterward, I had a video call with the BI Lead and HR to discuss the test results and some technical skills. The last round is to have on-site interview at Hamburg office, having talk with BI Lead, CTO and CEO. The whole process was efficient, professional and supportive.

I applied online. I received an email after two or three days to schedule a Skype screening. The process was transparent, professional and technical. The Recruiter had a very good approach. She started to speak about the company and their goals and what is the culture in the company.
