They were helpful, patient, and respectful throughout the process. In a way I haven’t experienced in a long time, the process—though tough at times—felt intentional and geared toward ensuring that both sides could move forward with confidence, clarity, and a shared commitment to long-term success and career growth. Overall I had a great interview process. The recruiter (Mark) was very on top of the whole process, and was an excellent communicator. I had a few bumps in the road as I require a visa approval, but despite this my recruiter was a great resource in understanding where the approval process was and in working towards getting that approval. Overall I had 4 total interviews, one of which was giving a practice demo. Everyone was kind, and great to speak to. They gave appropriate feedback, but made me feel comfortable.
