The process covered 5 stages — recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, AVP Professional Services, executive panel with a case study presentation, and a final SVP interview. Each stage had a distinct focus and examined me from a different angle — delivery, commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and cultural fit.
