      Entrevista

      I was referred to Anaplan by a former colleague, and shortly after submitting my application, Mark—the internal recruiter—reached out to me. He provided a clear and informative overview of the company, the role, and the type of candidate they were seeking, along with the reasoning behind it. Mark’s insights were instrumental in helping me position myself effectively for the interviews that followed. His support throughout the entire process was exceptional—he proactively checked in, offered feedback, and helped me prepare for each step. His transparency, honesty, and communication style reflected the core values I personally care about, and he became one of the key reasons I was excited to join Anaplan. The interview process itself was smooth and straightforward, with no unexpected issues. As a candidate, it’s also important to take ownership: ask questions, seek clarification when needed, and be honest if something is unclear. Only then can you receive the right support to succeed. The final stage of the interview involved a role play that I needed to prepare in advance. I was provided with all the necessary information and felt well-prepared going into it. While the exercise was challenging, it was also highly engaging and enjoyable. It reinforced for me that preparation and determination are key to success.

I also shared how I build relationships with prospects, handle difficult conversations, stay motivated, and why I’m specifically interested in Anaplan.
