I spent an initial call with a recruiter (Mark) on the team scoping out the position and being vetted. He was incredibly bought into my success and scheduled a 2nd personal call to help with some coaching and advice on the next round. Then through the process I met with him twice more. He was very very helpful. After the 2nd call I met with the hiring manager for 2 sessions, but again he was happy to meet more personally to coach on next interviews as well. Following those interviews was a panel of three team members. They were challenging but engaging.
