Made it to the initial meeting with the hiring manager (Dir). They were a few minutes late and seemed rushed. The experience felt very much like an interrogation and less of an initial meeting to get to know me and my background. I would note leadership that you need to make people want to work for your company and a persons management style is very important. I pulled out of the candidacy after the call.
