Entrevista
The interview consists of two rounds. The 1st round is mostly about informing corporate values and culture with Tracy Hoel. She is a fantastic recruiter, she is the lady who gave me a real insight into the ANAPLAN. The 1st half of the 2nd round was technical in which I went through my findings of earlier provided mock data, and the other half was cultural/behavioral. Both interviewers were able to create one of a kind interview environment which let me talk freely

Pregunta 1
1st round: The first 15 minutes are designed to let you present your findings and net sales forecast model to a VP of Sales. The interviewer, Stephanie, asked technical questions during the rest 30 minutes to find out your excel skills. The interviewer was very friendly and supportive, she even motivated me by praising my excel skills. The most of the technical questions were about your logical reasoning and the method you applied in order to find net sales forecast, or COGS or Sales Team Compensation plan calculation, or Field and Corporate expenses.
The second half of the 2nd round interview was cultural/behavioral, I have to acknowledge that the interviewer, Praveena was a real professional. She knew her jobs. She was so friendly, and I felt that I had a real conversation but not an interview. All questions were raised throughout our conversation. She did not read listed questions out loud, instead, she asked me questions during our regular conversation. Below are the questions which I still remember:
1) Tell me about the time when you took initiative role without having a clear idea about its implementation
2) Tell me about the time how you dealt with conflict when you were confident that you are right
3) Tell me about your methodology of convincing your team members when you are 100% sure that you are right
4) If we ask your friends about you, what can be their three words about you?
5) Can you please summarize yourself with three words?
In a nutshell, I felt positive and warm interview environment with Anaplan.

Entrevista
Tracy is the technical recruiter who interviewed me in the phone screen, she is very helpful and professional in the whole interviewing process. And the information for the following interview was given promptly. The second interview was a combination of both technical and behavioral interviews. The interview group is very knowledgeable and friendly. There was no tricky question, most of the questions were asked in order to better know you.

I found this intern opportunity on our university job listing. I did some research and found this company is cool and this role could be a fit, so I applied. The first round is a phone screen interview, then I was assigned a take-home case study. The second round has two parts. The first part is a technical interview, which is based on the case study. The second part is a culture fit interview, which is more relax and general.
The whole process is very smooth and effective. HR and interviewers are all very nice and positive. I think the culture here is very good.

I enjoyed the whole process so much! I am so lucky to meet Tracy Hoel, one of the best recruiter in the world. She made the process very smooth and I felt so supported. After a phone call with Tracy, I took a case study interview and a cultural interview. Both were conversational. People at Anaplan are so passionate about what they are doing. I have a wonderful recruiting experience with Anaplan and can't wait to spend my summer there!
