The interview process was very detailed and professionally handled. I would say this interview process was the most professional and well thought out in comparison to Apple, Facebook, Google, Uber, Lyft, Deloitte, and Airbnb. The thing that really set Anaplan apart from these other interviewing processes was the amount of attention as a prospective candidate I got from the interviewing team and recruiter. Tracy, handled the beginning steps of the interview process and really took initiative to make sure the candidates were well in formed and up to date with the timing of the interview process. This made sure that all candidates and myself were not left out in that weird place where you don't know what is going on and when you should hear back. I feel that the Anaplan interview process all was not super technical in the methods of testing your skills. They did make sure to check regarding soft skills and team and cultural fit within Anaplan.
