For the interview process you have the initial phone screening and then a video interview on Zoom
I got offered the job after the interview questions were done and sent an offer letter about 10 minutes later

During the phone screening:
What about the job made you want to consider working for us?
Name a time you made a mistake and how you resolved it
How would you deal with a customer that had a language barrier or bad connection?
During the video interview?
Told me about the job and just asked if I was comfortable performing the duties
Also, how would you deal with troubleshooting issues for a laptop and cellphone?

Good interview was quick and straight to the point. A little unorganized but nonetheless it’s so able to me anyways. Worth staying until you can get something else. In my opinion
