In person, through organised teams dedicated to problem solving within a time constraint and frequent monitoring by existing employees. Also a technical interview was conducted on various engineering questions. These 2 interviews were used to conclude whether the applicant is a good fit or not

In my previous role as a support analyst, I encountered a situation where a customer's application kept crashing unexpectedly. I first replicated the issue on a test environment and reviewed the error logs. After identifying a memory leak as the cause, I collaborated with the development team to implement a fix. I then tested the solution thoroughly to ensure it resolved the problem. Finally, I communicated the resolution to the customer, who was very satisfied with the swift and effective resolution."

First step is a phone call with HR, then take home technical test that is 4 SQL questions that get harder in difficulty, then a live technical with current engineer that is still mostly data engineering / analytics questions
