I then tested the solution thoroughly to ensure it resolved the problem. Finally, I communicated the resolution to the customer, who was very satisfied with the swift and effective resolution."

In person, through organised teams dedicated to problem solving within a time constraint and frequent monitoring by existing employees. Also a technical interview was conducted on various engineering questions. These 2 interviews were used to conclude whether the applicant is a good fit or not
