Easy and comfortable but could be better forward what would be entailed. Doesn't really push you but again they do try to make feel comfortable. Really wish they explained some of difficulties they have.

Interview conducted via phone, general questions asked about customer service, behavioral type questions asked. Interviewer was pleasant. Was a 2 stage process, first contact was by the HR then a follow up call (actual interview) by the regional manager/ supervisor.

It was a bit lengthy due to the amount of paperwork you needed to complete and the tests and classes you had to have before you were actually offered the job.
