Interview conducted via phone, general questions asked about customer service, behavioral type questions asked. Interviewer was pleasant. Was a 2 stage process, first contact was by the HR then a follow up call (actual interview) by the regional manager/ supervisor.

Easy and comfortable but could be better forward what would be entailed. Doesn't really push you but again they do try to make feel comfortable. Really wish they explained some of difficulties they have.

I was called back within an hour of applying. I was so surprised that I thought it was a scam at first. Nope. They called me, asked me a few questions, asked if I had any questions and emailed me after completing the phone interview to set up further interviews and requirements. Quick and fairly painless.
