2 stages of interviews. First stage was with direct manager and senior manager, questions were focused on experience with grant management and proposal writing. Strong examples needed here. Then a test was given on picking out relevant info from a call for funding. Second stage was with 4 members of staff from wider team, questions focused on experience and fit within the team environment.
